TXT and Their Breathtaking Lollapalooza Performance

Tomorrow X Together isn’t just any average K-pop group. The combination of their cheerful music and captivating stage performances makes people forget the BTS comparisons, despite the two bands being from the same company. Instead, the five boys give out a strong Bruno Mars vibe – and we’re here for it!

With hit songs like “Farewell, Neverland”, “Anti-Romantic”, and “Happy Fools” with Coi Leray, the K-pop stars captured the attention of curious onlookers who watched the entire set. The group’s leader Soobin shared that the feeling of headlining Lollapalooza was still unreal. MOA, their fandom, were even singing along to their unreleased song “Blue Spring”, armed with lightsticks in hand.

Pusha T closed out Perry’s stage while fans were screaming along to his metaphorical lyrics. His wry delivery and continually inventive ways to mention some of his favorite subjects never go unnoticed. At Lollapalooza, he came out a bank of snow and a snow globe that welcomed everyone to Yayopalooza.

The opening track, “Let the Smokers Shine the Coupes” included references from his three-decade career, and “Neck and Wrist” and “Diet Coke” were also a part of his set. He also included his features “Move That Dope” and “Runaway” and went back to his roots with “Grindin”.

The Linda Lindas’ Anger

After more than a year on the road, the Linda Lindas are furious. Bassist Eloise Wong openly claimed that “we have to do something” as the group’s set included tracks like their new single “Resolution/Revolution”. The entire Lollapalooza performance showcased their power-pop vibes and punk-rock frustration.

Mavi Stays Mellow

The young rapper from Charlotte, South Carolina, writes confessional and reflective hip-hop lyrics. Inspired by MF Doom and Mobb Deep’s Prodigy, Mavi delivered a smooth and rich flow. This explained why tracks like “Reason!” and “Doves” absolutely sent the crowd of Lollapalooza into a trance. At the end of his performance, he surprised the audience with his 2019 track “Selflove”. Needless to say, he doesn’t just learn from his life lessons; he shares them too.
